Job summary

You will assist with hiring and training, supervise staff, conduct audits, ensure OSHA safety standards, and help control costs while maintaining a professional appearance and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two to three years of related experience or training with increasing responsibility; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Current valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a courteous and professional relationship with customers, vendors, subordinates, co-workers, and managers.
• Meet and exceed all terms and conditions of contract(s) for locations.
• Assist with hiring, supervision, retention, and termination of employees; document corrective actions and provide training on procedures and safety.
• Conduct field audits of associates to ensure revenue procedures are followed and revenue is accounted for.
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards are met and locations comply with parking regulations; monitor and correct issues.
• Process accounts payable/receivable with manager; assist in managing expenses and cash flow.
• Maintain client/landlord communications and pursue growth opportunities.
• Ensure reliable transportation to/from work location and wear the uniform; display ID badge.
