Job summary

The successful candidate will have strong data entry, communication, and punctuality, plus a valid driver's license. On-site work with physical demands is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months related experience or training desirable.
• Comfortable with data entry using electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional relationship with customers, vendors, subordinates, co-workers, and managers.
• Maintain visibility and engage with guests or tenants to provide assistance and information.
• Properly collect, record, and deposit all monies received during each shift according to company policies.
• Maintain accuracy in financial reporting and ensure secure handling of bank deposit bags (if applicable).
• Ensure facility is clean and well-maintained; monitor signage for compliance with parking and safety regulations.
• Accurately clock in/out at scheduled times using the designated timekeeping system; submit timecards on time.
• Respond to payroll inquiries or corrections per company standards.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance; wear the designated uniform and display ID.
