Job summary

Sophos is seeking a CISO Advantage Field Specialist to empower MSP partners with deep cybersecurity knowledge and AI‑driven solutions. You will translate complex security concepts into practical guidance, drive enablement programs, and support end‑user training for mid‑to‑large enterprises.

You will collaborate with regional sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful partner deployments across the US.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and threat landscape.
• Ability to translate complex security topics for MSP partners and customers.
• Experience supporting partner enablement and channel programs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary field resource for CISO Advantage MSP partners in your region.
• Capture feedback and enable MSPs to deploy CISO Advantage across customers.
• Develop onboarding and delivery playbooks for consistent service delivery.
• Support end-user training and adoption programs with partners.
• Collaborate with regional Sales, Product Marketing, and CS teams to align messaging.
