Job summary

TrendAI, the AI security pillar of Trend Micro, is hiring a Senior Channel Solutions Engineer to onboard and scale MSSPs, MSPs, CSPs, and DFIR partners. You will be the technical lead for partner enablement, onboarding, and integration of Trend Vision One with SIEM/SOAR, aligning service models for monetization and operational excellence.

The role requires deep cybersecurity expertise, experience with managed security operations, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, information security, or related field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering, solutions engineering, SOC operations, IR, red teaming, or managed security environments.
• Proven experience with MSSPs, MDRs, IR firms, or security consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical advisor for MSSPs, MSPs, CSPs and DFIR partners to evaluate, operationalize, and scale Trend’s platform.
• Lead onboarding for new partners, including architecture validation and SOC workflow alignment.
• Align platform capabilities with partner service models to support monetization and operational excellence.
• Support threat hunting alignment, adversary emulation, and validation with SOC analysts and IR teams.
• Assist partners in integrating Trend Vision One with SIEM, SOAR, APIs, and other SOC tooling.
• Provide guidance on cyber insurance mappings and risk reduction through platform capabilities.
• Support POCs, purple team exercises, and technical validation efforts for detection and response improvements.
• Create service enablement assets like blueprints, deployment guides, and SOC runbooks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and CS to feed partner feedback into roadmap.
