West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns for its CIO Advisory Practice in the United States. You will help CIOs and technology leaders align technology with business priorities while delivering measurable value.

Responsibilities span technology strategy, operating models, AI-enabled research, and data-driven decision support. You will perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, collaborate with teams and clients, and develop deliverables that translate findings into action.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree with graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Hybrid work model; reside within 50 miles of office
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (expenses covered)
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows to boost productivity and insights

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and West Monroe teams to understand business priorities via interviews, docs review, data analysis, and workshops
• Capture and synthesize discussions, identifying findings and follow-up actions
• Gather, analyze, and document business, tech, processes, and requirements for assessments and future-state designs
• Assess technology capabilities and opportunities to identify gaps and improvements
• Define KPIs and data sources, validation, and tracking methods
• Support development of analytical frameworks and cost/benefit analyses
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to answer client questions
• Develop storyboards and communicate insights clearly to clients
• Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate research and improve deliverables
