Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our CIO Advisory Practice in Dallas. You will work with client and West Monroe teams to understand business priorities, gather requirements, and support future-state designs.

You’ll analyze data, build business cases and roadmaps, develop storyboards, and deliver decision-ready materials. We encourage curiosity about AI, collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 50% with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office and willing to travel up to 50%.
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows with critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and West Monroe teams to understand priorities, environments, and future-state needs.
• Capture and synthesize discussions, identify key findings, and define actions.
• Analyze data to support assessments, recommendations, and roadmaps.
• Develop storyboards and communicate insights as decision-ready deliverables.
