West Monroe seeks Consulting Interns to join our Office of the CFO Advisory Practice. As a CFO Advisory Consulting Intern, you will transform clients’ accounting, budgeting, planning, and financial reporting processes through process improvements, AI and operating-model refinements.

You’ll collaborate with a project team, support CFOs, and contribute to technology selection and data-driven recommendations. Curiosity about AI, strong communication, and travel up to 50% are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Hybrid work model; reside within 50 miles of office.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; travel expenses covered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a project team to assist CFOs in identifying opportunities in close, reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Contribute to technology selection and ERP implementation efforts.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and support data-driven recommendations.
• Apply AI and automation to enhance insights and delivery efficiency.
