Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our CIO Advisory Practice in a hybrid Los Angeles setting. You will apply business, technology, and analytics to help CIOs align technology with business priorities and drive measurable value.

Primary responsibilities include collaborating with teams, capturing insights, documenting requirements, and developing analytical frameworks. Strong communication, leadership, and curiosity about AI are expected as you support client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and reside within 50 miles of the assigned office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and West Monroe teams to understand business priorities and current processes.
• Capture and synthesize discussions to identify key findings and decisions.
• Gather and document requirements to support assessments and future-state designs.
• Assess technology capabilities and opportunities to identify gaps and improvements.
• Define KPIs and value measures with data sources and calculations.
• Develop analytical frameworks and quantitative analyses to support recommendations.
• Create storyboards and communicate insights clearly for decision-ready deliverables.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research while validating outputs and mitigating bias.
