West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns for its CIO Advisory Practice. You will work with CIOs and technology leaders to align technology strategies with business priorities, applying business, tech, and analytical skills to deliver measurable value.

Your work spans strategy, economics, digital transformation, and portfolio management, with responsibilities from data gathering to stakeholders' storytelling. Hybrid work and travel up to 50% are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and West Monroe teams to understand business priorities and current operating models.
• Capture and synthesize discussions into findings and follow-up actions.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements to support assessments and future-state designs.
• Assess capabilities and investments to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Define KPIs and value measures with data sources and validation approaches.
• Develop analytical frameworks and quantify costs, benefits, and risks.
• Create storyboards and translate analyses into client deliverables.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research while ensuring outputs are accurate.
