Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) seeks a senior leader to manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships and deliver innovative service solutions. You will assess Mission Critical Priorities, design customized service plans, and run a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and events with key CIO stakeholders.

You will need extensive CIO-focused IT strategy experience and the ability to team with Gartner Sales to sustain engagement and renewals, across healthcare, payor, or life

Qualifications

• CxO-level consulting experience across AI, BI, ML, digital transformation and cloud
• Experience leading large end-to-end transformative initiatives
• Deep understanding of CIO priorities and IT industry trends
• Ability to partner with Gartner sales org to drive engagement and renewals

Responsibilities

• Manage 28+ member relationships and deliver customized service plans
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and events
• Develop MCP-based solutions leveraging ExP products
• Collaborate with Gartner Sales to drive engagement and renewals
• Represent ExP at events and build strong client partnerships
