Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) within Gartner is seeking a senior client leadership professional to manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships and craft customized service plans. You will leverage expert knowledge to develop innovative ExP solutions aligned with member MCPs, and lead a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and webinars.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in technology leadership roles (CxO level) across healthcare or life sciences, with deep CIO-trends knowledge

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive technology exposure in consulting or CxO roles.
Industry background in healthcare provider, payor, and/or lifesciences.
Led large end-to-end transformative initiatives.
Strong understanding of CIO priorities and IT industry trends.
Experience partnering with sales to drive member engagement and renewals.

Responsabilités

Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
Create service solutions for clients using ExP products.
Define and deliver customized service plans based on MCPs.
Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, analyst visits, roundtables and webinars.
Present or facilitate at ExP events.
Collaborate with Gartner's Sales organization to ensure member engagement and renewal.
