You will greet Guests, assist with tickets, provide movie information, and help ensure a hero guest experience across box office, concessions, and usher duties as needed. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, verifying tickets, answering questions, keeping aisles clean, and supporting opening and closing duties with a friendly, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Complete basic food handling training and any local/state certification as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide excellent Guest service and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie info, and promotions; answers questions.
• Keeps theatre clean and safe; maintains high-contact areas.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
