B&B Theatres in Wooster, OH is seeking a Part-Time Theatre Operations Supervisor. The role supports the General Manager, coordinates daily theater operations, and helps ensure a welcoming guest experience. The position requires flexibility for open/close shifts and a focus on teamwork and safety.

Responsibilities include training hourly staff, maintaining policies, handling guest concerns, and supporting inventory and cash-handling tasks. Prior management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.
• Must be willing to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications.
• Religious exemptions are available upon request with written documentation for liquor liability certification.
• All required certifications will be paid for by the company.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance for running errands.
• Must have the availability to open and/or close regularly.
• Previous experience in a similar management role needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of assigned areas, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality guest service.
• Assist in training and mentoring hourly staff to maintain operational standards.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and support problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking, tracking, and ordering supplies.
• Collaborate with management and team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support operational tasks such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and recordkeeping.
• Work independently or as part of a team to ensure overall operational efficiency.
