B&B Theatres in Wooster, OH is seeking a full-time Theatre Operations Manager to oversee daily venue operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences. You will coordinate scheduling, training, and compliance for multiple teams while maintaining safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.
• R-Serving certification required for bars or packaged alcohol locations (21+)
• Must obtain Food Handler and/or Food Manager certifications as required by location
• Must have a valid driver license and vehicle insurance
• Must be able to open and/or close regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned areas, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality guest service.
• Supervise, train, and mentor hourly staff to maintain standards and performance.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or resolve conflicts.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering supplies, and coordinating needs.
• Collaborate with management to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and recordkeeping.
