Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local or state mandated certification.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for managers handling alcohol.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Fluent English communications (verbal and written) with all ages.
• Ability to train and lead others.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to take direction and respond with urgency.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Conflict resolution ability.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support General Manager’s decisions in communications with staff.
• Work in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspect theatre facilities and equipment and report repairs.
• Ensure dress code compliance among Team Members.
• Interact with guests to deliver superior customer service.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines fairly and consistently.
• Report Employee relations issues to the General Manager.
• Follow Employee Relations Reporting Protocol.
• Maintain high work ethic and conduct standards.
• Identify and sanitize high-contact areas.
• Use PPE appropriately and adapt cleaning tasks as needed.
• Address safety or security issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
