Job summary

Kinepolis is hiring Cast Members in Warwick, RI to provide friendly guest service across guest-facing theater operations including the lobby, box office, concessions, and usher duties. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help with seating while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.

• Willingness to identify and correct guest misbehavior is required.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond promptly to inquiries, educate about movies and promotions, enforce theater policies.
• Box Office: Sell tickets, gift cards, and promotions; process cash and credit transactions; monitor showtime attendance.
• Concessions: Prepare and serve food/beverage items; operate concession equipment; ensure cleanliness and safety in the area.
• Usher: Greet guests on entry/exit; assist with seating; monitor auditorium quality and address disruptions; maintain cleanliness of common areas.
