Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier.
• If alcohol duties apply, complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Ability to handle cash and guest interactions with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS, process cash/credit payments and tickets.
• Handle concessions transactions and stock duties with accuracy.
• Greet guests, answer questions and promote Regal Crown Club program.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and compliance with dress code and safety rules.
