Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. is seeking part-time, on-site theatre staff to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. The team ensures exceptional guest service, adheres to dress code, and maintains a safe, clean theatre environment.

Positions include Box Office, Concession, and Usher, with responsibilities across ticketing, sales, and customer engagement. Prior cast certification or progress toward it is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS system with cash, cards, vouchers and tickets.
• Upsell Premium Viewing (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Handle concessions POS, stock, and comply with food safety laws.
• Direct patrons to theatres, manage lines, and ensure MPAA policy compliance.
