Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, train employees, and ensure policy adherence. You will support the General Manager and rotate through departments to maintain service standards and efficiency.

Role includes leadership, safety, scheduling, and guest experience responsibilities, with opportunities to advance through the Management Accreditation Program and growth into higher management roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a High School/GED graduate.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Willingness to complete local/state required certifications where applicable.
• Ability to train, coach and lead theatre staff.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager directions and support staff communication.
• Work across all theatre departments and job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Monitor building, lot, and equipment conditions; report repairs.
• Ensure dress code compliance and superior customer service.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines with fairness and consistency.
• Report employee relations issues per protocol.
• Maintain high work ethic and conduct standards.
• Address safety concerns and adapt to cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
