Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications and MAP Core).

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures guest service is superior and staff follow the dress code.
• Reports safety, building and equipment issues to the General Manager.
