Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations and uphold policies and standards. You will be cross-trained across departments to support the team and train staff, with a progression path through Senior Assistant Manager to Theatre Manager.

The role requires leadership, guest service excellence, and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment; evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark MAP courses within Management Accreditation Program.
• Food handling training and local certifications as required.
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must speak and comprehend English.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager direction and supports decisions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their duties.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs as needed.
• Ensures dress code compliance and superior customer service.
• Enforces policies and safety procedures with the team.
