Job summary

Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Milwaukee, WI branch. You will serve as the first contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, handling quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track.

The role supports both individual customers and the Outside Sales team, offering growth in a collaborative environment with opportunities across Sales, Operations, and Management.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales-based customer service or related position.
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist walk-in customers and guide product selections.
• Enter and process orders with accuracy and speed.
• Coordinate with warehouse to meet inventory demand.
• Schedule deliveries and update customers on status.
• Support Outside Sales with backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and promote featured products.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
• Distribute product catalogs and credit applications as needed.
• Review sales reports and ensure data integrity.
