Citizens Bank is seeking a Product Manager for the CIAM Authentication & Identity Platform Delivery Lead to consolidate identity across mobile, digital, contact center, and branch channels. You will balance near-term delivery with a long-term platform transformation.

You will lead the modernization toward passwordless, risk-based authentication, embed AI-driven signals, partner across Security, Fraud, Digital and Technology, and define KPIs to drive customer growth, trust, and conversion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or identity domain.
• Proven enterprise-scale platform transformations experience.
• Strong expertise in modern authentication technologies (passkeys, biometrics, MFA).
• Experience with risk-based or adaptive authentication.
• CIAM principles and omnichannel journeys.
• Agile delivery at scale (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a centralized CIAM platform across channels.
• Drive OTP consolidation strategy and reliable authentication.
• Define roadmap for passwordless and risk-based authentication.
• Embed risk-based decisioning and AI-driven identity signals.
• Partner across Security, Fraud, Digital, and Technology.
• Enable omnichannel identity orchestration across journeys.
• Own delivery outcomes and adoption with measurable impact.
• Establish enterprise authentication standards and governance.
• Track KPIs like conversion, fraud loss, and CX improvements.
