Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Client Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Product Manager to lead capabilities, intelligence services, and fraud-detection tools that support authentication across client channels. The role requires driving the CIAM roadmap and partnering with Fraud, Security, Data & Analytics, Technology, and product peers to improve detection and reduce friction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Cybersecurity, or data analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management, identity and access management, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or analytics.
• Experience with authentication technologies, fraud-detection solutions, or identity intelligence platforms.
• Translate business, fraud, and security objectives into measurable product outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Execute the CIAM program and standards through deployment and optimization of authentication intelligence capabilities.
• Support annual CIAM attestation and ensure alignment with fraud, security, risk, and client experience goals.
• Own device intelligence, behavioral analytics, session monitoring, fraud telemetry, and risk-based controls.
• Develop capability roadmaps for CIAM tools and services.
• Define business outcomes, requirements, and acceptance criteria for new capabilities.
• Tune and optimize CIAM intelligence platforms and detection models.
• Measure coverage, reduce false positives, and minimize client friction.
• Establish operating rhythms for health checks, policy reviews, and testing.
