Ally Financial seeks a Director of CIAM to lead authentication strategy across channels—mobile, web, and contact center—balancing fraud risk with customer experience. You will own policy, decision framework, and vendor strategy while coordinating with Fraud, Cyber, and Digital teams.

The role requires 10+ years in banking/fintech, strong executive leadership, and deep CIAM/identity expertise in regulated environments. Hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Fraud / identity leader with 10+ years in banking or fintech, including authentication ownership.
• Proven ability to influence executives and align cross-functional teams across risk, product, security and operations.
• Experience defining strategy and leading enterprise-scale authentication or fraud capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set customer authentication policy and framework across login, recovery, and session trust.
• Own cross-channel authentication roadmap and business requirements for mobile, web, and contact center.
• Direct authentication decisioning strategy, signals, controls, and vendor capabilities.
