Qualifications

• 13+ years of combined education/experience incl. 4+ years engineering and 9 years tech management
• Experience with large-scale CIAM deployments and mission-critical platforms
• Strong governance, budgeting, and leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams responsible for CIAM platform engineering, operations, and support.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, support, and lifecycle management of the enterprise CIAM platform.
• Ensure platform availability, resiliency, performance, scalability and security requirements.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, workforce planning, talent development and succession planning.
