Allstate is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) within the IAM program. You will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise customer identity initiatives and define outcomes with KPIs across growth, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading digital product strategy across complex platforms or multi‑product portfolios.
• 2+ years leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers or equivalent roles.
• Experience influencing senior leaders with cross‑functional partnerships (Engineering, Data, UX, Business).
• Proven ability to define, track, and use KPIs (adoption, efficiency, quality, financial) for prioritization.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment and balancing strategy with fast delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, multi-year product strategy for a digital product family.
• Translate strategy into measurable outcomes using KPIs related to growth, quality, efficiency, adoption, automation, and stability.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Digital Product Managers.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and Business Architecture to deliver end-to-end journeys.
• Act as the journey-level integrator, managing dependencies across teams and platforms.
• Share accountability for delivery health, platform stability, risk management and compliance.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
