Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or relevant fields
• 2+ years of industry experience
• 2+ years of Identity and Access Management experience
• 1+ years of hands-on customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools
• Ability to travel 25-50%, based on client work
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Certifications such as Ping Identity/Transmit Security, CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
• Design and implement secure, scalable CIAM solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues
• Integrate IAM solutions across applications and systems
• Collaborate with owners and teams for seamless integration
• Understand SAML, OAuth, WS-Fed authentication protocols
• Document configurations and processes
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CIAM solutions aligned to client security objectives
• Engage in end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to production support
• Configure CIAM capabilities across platforms including authentication and MFA
• Translate requirements into scalable identity solutions and develop delivery artifacts
• Collaborate with stakeholders, cyber specialists, developers, testers, and partners to drive milestones
• Demonstrate ability to lead projects or workstreams
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Provide clear guidance to team members
• Build trusted client relationships through quality delivery
