Fogo de Chão is seeking a Gaucho Chef to prepare and grill traditional churrasco beef and other meats. You will season, grill, and present dishes in the gaucho style, and answer guests’ questions about churrasco while representing Brazilian culture.

The role requires station upkeep, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Full-time and part-time positions available with comprehensive benefits for team members.

Formación

• Experience grilling beef in churrasco style.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian churrasco culture.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook beef and other meats according to traditional churrasco methods.
• Season and grill according to prescribed traditional method and guests' requests.
• Portion, garnish and present to guests in gaucho style.
• Answer guests' questions about churrasco and Brazilian culture.
• Maintain cleanliness of grill area and tools.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties as assigned.
