Fogo de Chão is hiring a Gaucho Chef to join our kitchen team and craft traditional churrasco selections for guests. The role involves cooking beef and other meats, seasoning and presenting cuts, and delivering an authentic Brazilian dining experience with pride and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience with churrasco or Brazilian grilling preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long periods.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook beef and other meats according to traditional churrasco methods.
• Season and grill food according to prescribed method and guests’ requests.
• Portion, garnish and present to patrons in the Brazilian gaucho style.
• Answer guests’ questions concerning churrasco and Brazilian culture.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grill area and utensils.
• Complete beginning or closing shift duties.
