Fogo de Chão is hiring a Gaucho Chef to expertly prepare beef and other meats in the traditional churrasco style. You will season, grill, portion, garnish, and present dishes with Gaucho flair while engaging guests about our Brazilian culture.

Responsibilities include answering questions about churrasco, maintaining grill cleanliness, and performing opening/closing duties as required. This role supports a high-energy dining team and welcomes weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Duties require preparing and cooking beef and other meats per churrasco method.
• Seasoning and grilling to guest requests.
• Presenting dishes in Gaucho style and engaging with guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook beef and other meats per traditional churrasco recipes.
• Season and grill food to guests' requests.
• Portion, garnish and present to guests in Gaucho style.
• Answer guests' questions about churrasco and Gaucho culture and demeanor.
• Maintain grill area cleanliness.
• Complete shift start/end duties as needed.
