Nurture, a Pushpay company, is seeking its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. You will own onboarding, drive processes, and help scale the customer success function across churches.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing SaaS or technology deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable leading meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams independently and prioritize.
• Familiarity with church management systems (PCO, Pushpay CCB, Rock, Salesforce) is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel for customer trainings and team gatherings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day onboarding execution: secure customer access, coordinate with the dev team, build onboarding templates, drive projects to delivery.
• Partner with Head of Customer Experience as a through line for customers: join sales calls, kickoff meetings, data practices conversations, strategy sessions.
• Run customer-facing meetings independently once strategy is defined, with monthly check-ins and relationship management for assigned churches.
• Translate between customers and the dev team; report progress and follow up on completed vs. remaining work.
• Support documenting processes — onboarding playbooks, support workflows, training best practices.
• Identify what can be automated or delegated (including AI) versus what must stay human and pastoral.
• Travel periodically for in-person training and customer engagements.
