Job summary

Nurture, a Pushpay company, is hiring its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner directly with the Head of Customer Experience. You will own onboarding and drive administrative setup, then grow into a strategic partner shaping the customer success function as Nurture scales.

You will participate in training trips and customer engagements early on, learning pastoral and product context to execute and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing SaaS role or implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple work-streams independently.
• Willingness to travel for trainings and engagements.
• Familiarity with church management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onboarding of new customers from access to delivery.
• Partner with Head of Customer Experience across sales calls, kickoff meetings, and training.
• Run customer meetings and monthly check-ins for an assigned book of churches.
• Translate customer needs to engineering and manage follow-ups.
• Document onboarding processes, support workflows, and training playbooks.
• Identify tasks suitable for automation and support scalable operations.
• Travel periodically for in-person trainings and engagements.
