Job summary

Nurture, a Pushpay company, is hiring its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. You will own onboarding, drive administrative setup, and evolve into a trusted thought partner shaping the customer success function as Nurture scales.

Remote-friendly with state-allowed locations, the role emphasizes shepherding multiple church accounts and building scalable processes while traveling for key trainings and engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onboarding and ongoing customer success processes in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to document and share processes clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onboarding execution and coordinate with development on technical setup.
• Partner with leadership to align customers with strategic initiatives and training.
• Run customer-facing meetings, manage monthly check-ins, and nurture relationships.
• Translate customer needs to the engineering team, track completion, and escalate as needed.
• Document onboarding playbooks, support workflows, and training best practices.
• Identify tasks to automate while preserving human, pastoral engagement.
• Travel periodically for in-person training and customer engagements.
