Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design recovery plans, and fabricate custom orthoses. Collaboration with surgeons and therapists is essential to progress patient care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with OT/PT credentials and 3+ years of upper-extremity outpatient experience. Licensure and CPR/BLS are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation.
• Provide custom splinting and orthotic fabrication for hand and upper-extremity conditions.
• Directly supervise OT assistants, students, and support personnel.
• Deliver OT/PT services with documentation of treatment goals and outcomes.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, physicians, and other therapists on interdisciplinary care plans.
