Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation. You will perform evaluations, develop recovery plans, and lead orthotic fabrication during outpatient therapy visits.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with OT/PT licensure, CHT credential, CPR/BLS, and at least 3 years in upper-extremity rehab, working closely with surgeons and therapists in a collaborative care setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or DOT preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab experience.
• Current state PT or OT license and CHT credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition and establish care plan.
• Provide therapeutic interventions suitable for age and disability.
• Document OT services delivered.
• Direct and supervise OT assistants, students, and staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom orthoses and splints.
• Educate patients on orthosis wear and care.
• Treat orthopedic, traumatic, burn, tendon, nerve, and postoperative cases.
• Support scar management, edema control, wound care, and return-to-work rehab.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, physicians, and therapists; participate in care planning.
