Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder in an outpatient setting. The role includes patient evaluation, custom splinting, and recovery planning.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and OT/PT licensure with a CHT credential; 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab experience preferred. A comprehensive benefits package is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.
• Fabricate and adjust custom splints/orthoses for upper-extremity conditions.
• Direct and supervise OT aides, students and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians in inter-disciplinary care planning.
