Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities include direct supervision of OT Assistants and students, collaboration with hand surgeons and other clinicians, and involvement in post-surgical rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OTD preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide splinting and orthotic fabrication.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, orthopedic physicians, and therapists.
• Document services and progress.
• Directs and supervises OT Assistants, students and support personnel.
