Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Chronic Account Executive to drive growth of current and potential products within the portfolio. You will develop territory strategies, build professional relationships with physician groups, and partner with operations to ensure high-quality service for customers.

This role requires up to 50% travel, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years in office-based physician sales or chronic infusion experience. We offer a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in office-based physician sales or chronic infusion healthcare.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building with physician groups and staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and maintain professional relationships with targeted physician groups and office staff to maximize business opportunities.
• Demonstrate effective selling skills during physician and/or office staff presentations with existing and potential customers.
• Consult with clinicians and medical office staff to promote Option Care Health and provide industry-leading customer service.
• Review and analyze all sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
• Travel and collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment and support of sales efforts.
