Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of office-based physician sales experience, or 3 years chronic infusion healthcare experience.
• High school diploma with 5 years of office-based physician sales experience.
• Proven track record in sales with physicians and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with targeted physician groups to maximize opportunities.
• Demonstrate effective selling skills during physician and staff presentations.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to promote Option Care Health and provide industry-leading service.
• Review sales data to create territory plans and manage promotional budget funds.
• Maintain relationships with regional branch teams to support sales efforts.
• Travel as required to meet top target customers and sales goals.
• Show expertise in local market dynamics and payers supporting services.
• Resolve issues cross-functionally to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
