Läderach (Schweiz) AG in Chicago is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our chocolatier boutique. You will drive exceptional customer service, supervise a team, manage inventory and merchandising, and coordinate store operations with regional management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail with increasing responsibility.
• Strong leadership, staff management and customer service skills.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft 365, data entry and spreadsheets, and POS.
• Reliable with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail; proactive and efficient.
• Passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and motivate staff to provide superior service.
• Oversee product sales, register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-store order fulfillment.
• Ensure accuracy of seasonal staging and product merchandising.
• Schedule effective staff shifts and coordinate store meetings/events.
• Ensure accuracy of product merchandising and store inventory orders.
• Help achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Act as a key communicator of corporate values to customers and employees.
• Take on other role-related responsibilities as assigned by Regional Manager.
