Läderach is hiring a Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing retail team in a Denver-area location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing sales, merchandising, and staff scheduling while maintaining store standards.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong people skills, and a passion for chocolate. Flexible hours and weekend availability are valued as part of a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong leadership, staff management and customer service skills.
• Reliable with a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in computer use: email, Microsoft 365, data entry, spreadsheets, and POS.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail; proactive and efficient; passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Lead outstanding in-store customer experience and motivate staff to deliver top-notch service.
• Oversee product sales and register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate product merchandising and adherence to food safety protocols.
• Schedule staff shifts and coordinate store meetings/events.
• Help Store Manager manage inventory, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with loss-prevention standards.
• Act as a key communicator of corporate values to customers and employees; manage store in Store Manager's absence.
