Läderach is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional in-store experiences and manage day-to-day operations. The role emphasizes staff leadership, training, and maintaining high merchandising and customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in retail with increasing responsibility, are proactive, reliable, and passionate about chocolate. Working hours include extended shifts, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a retail space with increasing levels of responsibility (e.g., growth from associate to shift lead).
• Strong leadership, staff management and customer service skills.
• Reliable with a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead outstanding in-store customer experience and motivate staff to provide top-notch service.
• Oversee product sales, register duties, merchandising, gift packaging and order fulfillment.
• Ensure food safety protocols and accurate merchandising, inventory and store standards.
• Schedule shifts, coordinate meetings/events, and support Store Manager and Regional Manager to meet store quotas.
• Act as a key communicator of corporate values to customers and employees.
