Job summary

Läderach seeks a Deputy Manager in our Bellevue, WA store to lead in-store customer experience and oversee daily duties with a focus on staff supervision and training. You’ll drive sales, merchandising, and compliance while supporting the Store Manager and Regional Manager to achieve store goals.

The role requires at least one year in retail with increasing responsibility, strong leadership, and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required by store needs.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft 365, data entry, spreadsheets and POS systems.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead outstanding in-store customer experience and motivate staff to provide top-notch care.
• Help oversee product sales, register duties, shop and shelf care, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate merchandising and adherence to food safety protocols.
• Schedule staff shifts and coordinate store meetings/events.
• Support Store Manager and Regional Manager to meet store quotas and delivery goals.
• Maintain store inventory controls and loss prevention standards.
• Communicate corporate values to customers and employees.
• Serve as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Attend to other role-related duties as assigned.
