You will schedule shifts, oversee merchandising and stock, ensure food-safety standards, and act as a trusted leader in the absence of the Store Manager. Join a dynamic team that values quality, collaboration, and growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, staff management, and customer service skills.
• Reliable with flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft 365, data entry, spreadsheets, and POS.
• Attention to detail and proactive, efficient.
• Passionate about chocolate.

Responsabilités

• Lead outstanding in-store customer experience and motivate staff.
• Oversee product sales, register duties, shelf care, gift packaging, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate product merchandising and food safety protocols.
• Schedule staff shifts and coordinate store meetings/events.
• Support Store Manager in merchandising accuracy and inventory orders.
• Uphold in-store compliance and loss-prevention standards.
• Act as a key communicator of corporate values to customers and employees.
• Act as store manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
