Qualifications

• Group Home Certification for Children is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and health, safety, and well‑being of clients.
• Maintain communication with conservators, family, and service coordinators.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and staff training to ensure quality care.
• Manage daily operations: notes, medication audits, finances, and records.
• Respond to emergencies and handle after-hours on-call duties.
