Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to help ensure the safe, effective operation of the school in partnership with the School Director.

You will help promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, while leading a caring team and maintaining a positive, educational environment for families and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Must have a CDA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates safely and effectively with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, take sole responsibility for the school.
• Assist in promoting children's social, physical, and intellectual growth.
