Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Director to work with the School Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school and to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. You will help create a caring, safe learning environment, recruit and retain staff, and support families and communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least 1 year leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state education requirements for our center/school.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates safely and effectively with the School Director.
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Support the social, physical and intellectual growth of children.
• Foster a caring, safe educational environment for children and parents.
• Recruit, select and retain quality staff.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $26.43 - $27.45 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
