Job summary
Navy Region Southeast Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a CYP Leader to provide specialized developmental care for children 6 weeks through 18 years in one or more CYPs. The role includes mentoring CY Program Assistants, guiding curriculum implementation, and ensuring safety and compliance under DoD and local policies.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate programs for ages 6 weeks to 18 years.
- Ability to mentor CY Program Assistants and translate training into practice.
- Knowledge of DoD and national accreditation standards for CY programs.
Responsibilities
- Mentor CY Program Assistants and oversee training progress.
- Plan activities and curricula aligned with observed needs.
- Ensure indoor/outdoor environments meet safety and program standards.
- Communicate with parents and staff to support child development.
- Ensure compliance with DoD policies and local regulations.
