Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Business Analyst to support large child welfare system modernization initiatives. The role translates program and stakeholder needs into clear business requirements, process documentation, and functional specifications, working with client leadership, technical teams, vendors, and PMO resources.

Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, documenting workflows, conducting market research, and ensuring alignment with federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of business analysis or similar experience in government health and human services programs.
• Experience eliciting requirements, documenting processes, and creating functional specs.

Responsibilities
